A line from a hymn goes, "When all material streams have dried, Thy fullness is the same." When we have reached the end of our energy, Love is there. When we have reached the end of our knowledge, skill, or understanding, Love is there. When we have reached the end of our will or motivation, Love is there. Feel Love's fullness upholding you and those you love.

Today, Love is 100% committed to caring for those in our lives. With trust, yield to Love any sense of burden or personal responsibility for carrying others. This will allow us to serve others less fearfully and more effectively--and to let go of what is not ours to do.
Today, recognize the ways you have limited or falsely judged yourself, based on messages you have received from other people. Consciously listen for Love giving you a new, true message about your worth and capacity. Believe it.
When others are acting in annoying, confusing, or hurtful ways, ask yourself "What need are they trying to meet?" See them as innocent, with varying degrees of consciousness and skillfulness in in getting their needs met. Likewise, when you are disappointed or confused by your own behavior, extend yourself the same compassion.
Today, don't dramatize either difficulty or ease. Accept that we will have times in which we will be challenged at our edge, intellectually and emotionally, by the demands of our lives (work, relationships, learning, grieving and loss, transitions, making meaning, searching for purpose, etc.) And there will be times of rest, recovery, and stillness. Don't fear work or ease. Don't cling to work or ease. Accept the rhythm of work and ease in your life, without fear or resistance.
In Isaiah, God says, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts." Today, recognize that your busy human brain--full of fears, conclusions, and opinions--may not be telling you the truth. Today, yield a little of that busy brain to Mind, or Love, which has its own order, structure, timing, and purposes.
Today, notice, appreciate, and savor all the gifts you are receiving: clean running water, a tree whose leaves are turning colors, garbage collection, work to do, food to eat, transportation. When someone shows you kindness or generosity, accept it with gratitude instead of awkwardness, shyness, a sense of unworthiness, or a fear that you won't be able to return the favor.
Today, don't be afraid if you feel up against your edge: a work or relationship issue you don't know how to solve, more tasks than time, demands beyond the skills you think you have to meet them, emotions you don't know how to carry. Love loves you at your edge, where you give up will and pride and righteousness and certainty. Feel Love carrying you. Trust Love's affection, intelligence, and purpose. In humility, take the next small step.
Today, your real job is to love and accept love.
Loving others includes listening; accepting; being inclusive; consciously recognizing gifts, strengths, and contributions; being affectionate; being authentic; telling your truth; being present with suffering; and making room for joy. Recognize that it is ego which strives to be recognized and affirmed; on the flip side, ego may also seek to be invisible and avoid leadership or attention. Today, let go of ego, and do what Spirit calls from you, whether that is humbling serving some task or activity or having the courage to lead, speak out, or take initiative. Do this with a sense of serving something larger than yourself and without worry about what others think of you.
