Be faithful in attending to yourself: acknowledge and make small steps of progress toward your deepest dreams and most meaningful goals; speak to yourself kindly and give yourself rest; care for yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually. Spend less time fretting over, fixing, or trying to control or convince those over whom you have no true authority or influence. Instead, affirm Love's power and activity in everyone's lives and let go to let Love do its work without your supervision.
