In reality, with our limited human perception, we can't understand the whole picture. That doesn't mean that we accept injustice or ignorance or situations which cause harm. But begin here instead: Feel the power and presence of Truth. Feel Truth as an activity, uncovering what needs to be uncovered, revealing what needs to be revealed, enforcing justice, and touching the deepest needs of everyone involved. Do this with deep humility. From that place, of humble unknowing, ask what steps you can take, if any. Listen. Follow. Be willing to make adjustments as you get new insights. Avoid gossip and venting. Be courageous and sincere.
When confronted with a challenging situation, beware the habit of imagining that we understand everything and know the solution. What begins as a desire to be of use or solve a problem can easily devolve into self-righteousness opinion. That tendency stalls communication and block intuition, insights, and fresh perceptions.
