Some of us feel much more comfortable giving love than receiving it. But if we want the love of Love to flow freely through us, we must practice accepting love. This might be as literal as graciously and gratefully accepting gifts, compliments, and help, instead of feeling unworthy or self-conscious or too dependent and resisting them. This might mean pausing to feel Love's unconditional love pouring over us, in spite of our faults and failures. We don't have to change ourselves before we are worthy of blessing. Today, know that for Love's love to flow unhindered through us--and to be able to fully love others--we must accept love that is given to us, in all its many forms. Practice.
