ONE: Right now, as a tool for increasing our happiness, many people are keeping gratitude lists. Certainly, that habit is useful. At the same time, gratitude is much more than a static list, a mental habit, an exercise, a way of manipulating our thoughts.
The impulse to feel grateful comes from Love itself. Moments of gratitude are communication and communion with Love. Gratitude is accepting and feeling joy in Love. Gratitude is the experience of being blessed, right in this moment. Gratitude is an active, dynamic moment in which you know you are embraced by Love. Today, know that Love impells you to feel grateful and moments of gratitude are conversations with Love.
