As adults, we are often in a parent role, whether or not we have children: We start and nurture businesses, we manage employees, we teach, we support friends who are suffering, we care for animals. In this process of attending to others, we often feel stretched to our limits and fearful of failing. We need to know, and feel, the presence of our own Divine Parent, who is supporting us, nurturing us, guiding us wisely, attending to our current and future needs. We can rest in the presence of this Parent. We can cuddle up. We can pause. We can set down our responsibilities for a moment. We can ask for help. We can trust that we will recieve answers, given to us in a way we can hear. We can feel comfort. Feel the joy this Parent has in you.
