AMPERE - An electrical current has a unit value when electricity flows at such a rate that one unit of electrical quantity passes a give cross section per second. This unit is called the ampere. The abbreviation for ampere is amp.
ARIAL AND ANTENNA - The system of conductors designed to radiate or absorb electromagnetic waves.
ALTERNATING CURRENT - A current which reverses its direction periodically with time.
AMPLITUDE - The maximum height of a wave crest.
