Today, do everything you do with integrity. Do your work thoroughly and honestly, and with a sense of service to something larger than yourself. Be honest with yourself about what should be done - and what you can and should let go. Treat yourself with integrity, which means being willing to hear and follow through on needed corrections and adjustments, but also being very firm in dismissing exaggerated self-critical and self-punishing thoughts. Treat others with integrity, which means trusting their wisdom and autonomy, seeing their spiritual strengths, and if it is necessary to correct, offering your suggestions and observation from a place of deep respect, service, and love. The root of the word integrity is "wholeness," and to act with integrity is to begin with the assumption of your own and others spiritual wholeness.
