Today, consider what you most need right now and give it to yourself, without guilt or fear: sleep, some healthy food, movement, a good conversation, a good book, a little bit of play time, progress on a task that has been weighing on you . . .

Do what you do today in an attitude of worship. Feel the presence of Love and activity of Spirit. For today, or even for a moments, lay down your agenda and opinions and fears on Love's lap. Let go of your manic efforts at self-improvement or your overburdened sense of responsibility. Bow down in worship. Trust.
Instead of working merely to get things done and check items of the list, (no matter how urgent those items may feel), choose to slow down and pay attention to the movement and activity of Spirit, which may have a different agenda than your plans. In your interactions with others, pause and listen for the real need. Feel Spirit moving through you, your actions, and your interactions, giving your life joy, depth, and purpose.
