Our human minds like to ruminate on problems - look for causes, brainstorm solutions, envision various outcomes. We do not give that sort of attention to the joys in our lives. We often take our gifts and joys for granted, or appreciate them for a moment, and get busy with our problem-solving. Not that problem-solving isn’t appropriate, but we need balance. Today, have that same level of curiosity and concern for that-which-is-working in our lives. How is it that a relationship is nourishing, or we accomplished something, or something ran smoothly, or we have built a happier habit, or we have something we need or something to give? Be curious about the good in our lives.
