We'll meditate daily, go to the gym three times a week, clean out that closet. I like the poet Rumi's wisdom: "Today, like every other day, we wake up lonely and scared." He goes on to suggest, "Let the beauty we love be what we do." The beauty of a single day is that there is only so much that can fit in it. No matter how you woke up today, don't make big plans. Find the beauty in this day."
