When I got still to pray, meditate, and listen, the sentence I heard surprised me. "Every problem is not yours to solve." I need to trust that Love is a power that works through many people. All jobs are not mine. That doesn't mean, of course, that we don't follow our inspiration and share our expertise, care, and commitment. It does mean that we listen carefully, that we trust the way Spirit is moving in our individual lives, that we know that the answer is not always giving ourselves more work.
Over the last couple of days, I have had some ideas about how I might help contribute positive solutions to a difficult problem in my community. I was feeling excited and energized as different approaches and steps were unfurling.
