Today, anytime a self-criticism or harsh judgment arises, embrace them with unconditional Love. Bath them in Love until you feel a sense of peace and yielding. This is not the same as excusing, ignoring, or being lazy about that-which-needs-improvement. Instead, doing this habitually, with no agenda or opinion and with true humility, eventually allows you access to deeper wisdom, which helps you see issues more clearly. For example, maybe that very quality you thought was a weakness is actually one of your greatest strengths. Maybe you are acting out of not-yet-outgrown childhood beliefs. Maybe you have accepted a false societal or familial view about yourself you need to reject. Maybe no amount of human effort has been enough to enforce the changes you want to make, and you need access to powerful, transformative Love.
