Today, feel Love revealing your identity to you, providing you a solid ground of self. Your real identity has a divine source. Your identity is embraced and cherished by Love. Do the same with the people that inhabit your world: feel Love revealing their identity to them - providing them with that solid ground of self. A beloved self. Perhaps consciously do this before interactions.
Much of the suffering in the world comes from our unstable sense of identity. Maybe we don't feel as if we belong in our family, friendship group, work, community. Maybe we don't feel as if our real identity is seen and honored by others. Maybe we don't feel confident we are respected or fully included. Maybe we're craving acknowledgement. Maybe we don't feel as if we have a clear sense of who we are, so we are too easily influenced, to eager to impress and please. Maybe we protect our fragile sense of self through misuse of our power. Feeling unclear about our identities can lead us to undervalue ourselves, to be indecisive and wavering, to be untrue to ourselves, or, in our effort to feel valued and respected, to harm others.
