Today, take a break from problem solving. Take a break from seeing yourself as a problem to be solved. Take a break from seeing others as problems to be solved. Take a break from seeing the world as a problem to be solved - or as an unsolvable problem. Take a break from working and fretting. Instead, feel Love's timeless, consistent, love and delight in you. Be held. Be renewed. There is a time for problem solving - and there is a time to pull back and be restored and regenerated--to let go of judgement and effort, other than the willingness to accept that you are worthy and beloved.
