No matter your struggle, there are other people in the world feeling the same: the same physical or emotional pain, confusion, questions, uncertainty, fear, disappointment, longing, frustration. No matter how unique and specific you think your difficultly, someone else is feeling the same. Part of our suffering can come from feeling isolated, lonely, and not understood.. But you are not alone. Today, give deep compassion to yourself - and spread that loving compassion to everyone else with the same difficulties. Or if it is easier for you, work in the reverse. Send that deep compassion and care to all else who are suffering with similar challenges - and then include yourself.
