If we are generous, we hear a voice telling us we are selfish.
If we are conscientious, we hear a voice telling us we are not responsible enough.
If we are organized, we hear a voice telling us we are letting our lives fall to pieces.
If we are creative, we hear a voice berating us for not being innovative enough.
When you hear that voice of self-criticism today, consider that it may be speaking from fear and delusion. Consider that its opposite may in fact be true. State that truth. "I am generous, conscientious, organized, creative . . ."
